Executive Supply Chain Governance
As an Executive Supply Chain Governance you will provide support and recommendations to supply chain management by analyzing and reviewing supply chain processes and project initiatives. Moreover, you will work on enhancing monitoring and reporting tools that support performance management of the end-to-end supply chain.

Major accountabilities:

You will analyze and research possible best practices regarding supply chain process improvement and solutions to optimize service, costs and enhance responsiveness for all stakeholders across markets, Supply Chain Clusters & factories.
You will perform market analysis and method proposals for Supply Chain Governance and any other related parties in order to maintain the continuous improvement working environment.
You will contribute to the reports on functional enhancements of PMI's integrated Supply Chain Management systems while ensuring consistency of the concept across PMI
You will assist project management with project implementation across the affiliates in specific countries.
You will closely work with PMI-IS Supply Chain to adhere to the functional parameters ensuring optimal support for system roll-out projects (SCIPIO SAP-APO).
You will create and maintain materials to support end user training sessions during & after system roll-out projects.
You will collect and use KPI data to monitor Supply Chain performance before, during and after roll-out of best-in-class projects.
Qualifications: Bachelors Degree
Experience: 5 years +
Languages: English : Speak / Write Fluently

University Degree, preferably in Supply Chain or Logistics; alternatively in Management or Engineering.
Minimum of 5 years of experience within a fast moving, high volume international logistics, supply chain, or material management environment. Experience in Supply Chain planning (market, SC Cluster or factory).

Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of one or two additional languages is highly desirable
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) is a must. Excellent understanding of supply chain best practices
Excellent understanding of supply chain methodology (e.g. inventory optimization, replenishment models, forecasting optimization etc.) Experience in supply chain management systems (ie SAP-SCM APO)
Extensive comprehension of supply chain, specifically as it relates to modal selection and the balance between security, speed and cost. Strong communication skills.

Traveling on a 25% of the working time basis may be required for this position.
A valid Swiss work permit or EU citizenship is required for this position.
