Global Process Owner Learning & Development
Your tasks will include:

Implementation of global Learning & Development processes globally
Global roll out of SAP Learning solution (LSO)
Review the requirements to LSO
Act as an interface between HR, Business Leaders and IT
Cooperate cloesely with global change requestor and local IT to make sure that introduction is seamless and successful
Design and implement the e-learning guidance into the organization to assure alignment and compliance with legal and technical requirements

The position reports directly to the Global Head of Learning and Development. It is planned as 50% part-time, but may be expanded in the future to a 100% role.

You have a bachelor degree in Business Informatics, Economics, Computer Science or a related field. Knowledge in SAP or other related learning systems would be an advantage. Therefore several years of international work experience and experience in managing complex international projects is a precondition for success.

You are able to understand customer needs and translate these user requests into comprehensive system requirements. Your proactive way of working and your excellent communication skills ensure good networking, bonding and connecting with the right people. You are able to convince others and have good interpersonal skills. Excellent English language skills are a must, German would be a plus. Your willingness to take over responsibility will soon enable you to work independently.
