Manager Tax
You will be responsible for manage direct taxation for Swiss entities so that tax liabilities and reporting obligations fulfil Swiss and International legislation. You will also pro-actively support and advise PMI Management and Corporate Tax in business reorganizations and projects impacting Swiss entities.

Major accountabilities:
Oversee and monitor the preparation, validation, recording, and settlement of all direct tax liabilities for the various tax authorities and ensures timely and accurate reporting and payments.
Supervise the preparation and presentation of ad hoc analyses required by senior management on tax impact of proposed legislation, acquisitions, or any other business restructuring and re-organization activities.
Manage all other tax aspects impacting Swiss entities, such as Swiss and International withholding tax reduction applications, Swiss stamp duties and real estate taxes, in order to ensure their accurate determination and further process in line with Swiss and international tax legislation.
Proactively propose and implement process improvements to optimize tax liabilities for Swiss entities.
Ensure compliance of all direct tax processes with SOX requirements, especially tax calendars and other evidences of control.
Oversee and prepare direct tax filings and tax rulings for Swiss entities in cooperation with external advisors.
Ensure timely completion of accurate tax reporting packages, International Tax Questionnaires, and all other US GAAP tax-related reporting for all Swiss entities, while guaranteeing full compliance with respective rulings and internal and external policies.
Oversee the preparation of Transfer Pricing relating documentation for Swiss entities in cooperation with Corporate Tax Department and external advisors.

University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law or Economics; Swiss Tax or Accounting qualification.
5-7 years professional experience in a tax position with either a large multinational or international tax/accounting firm.
Solid knowledge and experience with International and Swiss tax legislation.
Fluent English and French. Very good PC skills (MS Office, SAP). Ability to work in a team. Achievement orientation.
