Senior Business Analyst - Marketing & Sales
The business Analsyt Marketing & Sales advises the specialists and senior executives of our Pharmaceutical Divisions in the headquarter in Geneva and the worldwide subsidiaries on the development and the best possible deployment of marketing and sales solutions with a dedicated focus on customer relationship management.

As part of the team of business analysts he helps align IT investments with the strategy and initiatives of our global Pharmaceutical business. This includes the realization of the global CRM roadmap. The Business Analyst Marketing & Sales develops & steers consultancy plans within IT strategic development & contributes to the simplification & improvement of business processes.

Due to his seniority level the Senior Business Analyst takes over parts of the Information management role being responsible for the startegic & conceptual development of selected areas in the field of Customer Relationship management (CRM) or Business Intelligence (BI)


Develop & execute strategies & concepts in close relationship with the respective business functions & the Information manager as part of the overall Business IT Strategy for Marketing & Sales
Build & maintain a "customer" relationship with key persons in the marketing and sales functions on behalf of the Information Manager
Conduct the definition & implementation of complex consultancy & information science projects, particularly in the area of Customer Relationship Management
Apply process improvement methodologies to maintain or establish state-of the-art processes/unit output
Conceive & coordinate the deployment of CRM application architectures
Prepare project offers in cooperation with other C IS units
Involvement in leadership of projects for optimizing the task flow & structural organization
Involvement in interdepartmental projects
Manage the IT project portfolio & the IT architecture to achieve the strategic objectives
Identification & processing of new IT trends
Conduct market observations over several specialist areas
Identify & actively contribute to business related innovative services & system solutions
Identify & manage client expectations & potential; fulfil customer requests
Coordinate & give feedback with respect to customer inquiries
Coordinate & escalate measures in the event of complaints
Identify & leverage synergies
Support customers in preparing the annual IT plans and budgets
Lead & coordinate expert groups
Qualifications: Bachelors Degree
Experience: 5 years +
Languages: English : Speak / Write Fluently

More than 5 years experience in delivery of IT/consulting services in the area of CRM, Pharma marketing and BI with expertise in the deployment of CRM and BI applicaitons
Experience on business process re-engineering
Indepth experience & proven track record in developing & implementing Pharma Marketing & Sales relevant strategic concepts
Good business acumen for marketing and sales in the pharmaceutical industry are an advantage
Experience in international working environments
Superb communication skills with Multinational Business Management
Deep understanding of leading & emerging IT solutions
Selling skills on high added value services

Outstanding business acumen for the according business function
