Finance / Profit Forecaster
You are responsible to coordinate, consolidate and control all financial reporting to our Cincinnati Headquarters for one of our business units (Fabric Care, Hair Care, Baby Careā€¦), which could represent more than $1 billion in annual sales. You'll consolidate data on sales and costs coming from a range of different sources to create the annual business unit forecast and update it quarterly. On this base, you'll perform different controls and checks, especially reconciling forecast with actual results. As forecast process expert, you will be in constant contact with the financial planning group of the business unit. In this role, you'll play a critical role in the overall company reporting process.

Educational Requirements: (HES Bachelor: i.e. HEG, Hotel Management School/ Accounting BTS or equivalent).
Strong preference for working with numbers and in systems.
Accuracy in handling large data quantities in complex systems.
Good knowledge of Excel (if possible, SAP R/3, Global Core Financials) and willingness to work in new systems.
Basic Financial background
Ability to work independently, under time constraints and in a complex organization.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Good communication skills, verbally and in writing.
Proven skills in leadership, teamwork and problem solving
High personal standards and the willingness to take on responsibility
Fluency in English (speaking and writing) is a must.
Maximum 5 years of working experience
